Rates
The prices listed on the pricing brochure and the website are expressed in euros, inclusive of VAT but exclusive of the tourist tax.
CAMPSITES
Booking
Reservations can only be made using the designated booking form or via the website https://www.campinglesolitaire.com and will be confirmed subject to availability. The completed and signed form must be returned along with a 20% deposit and the booking fee within one week after receipt. Beyond this timeframe, the option will be canceled. Upon receipt of your reservation and deposit (plus booking fee), we will send you a written confirmation based on availability. The booking will only be final upon receipt of the deposit and booking fee (payable in cash, by credit card, bank check*, or ANCV vacation vouchers*).
In accordance with Article L221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to our services.
Payment of the balance
The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. Failure to pay the balance will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation without prior notice. The deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained by Camping Le Solitaire du Lac, and the campsite or rental will be released from all contractual obligations. The balance payment for rentals and pitches must be made in full 30 days prior to your arrival. If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, the entire stay must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted: cash (excluding €500 notes), credit card, bank transfer, check* (payable to SARL Le Solitaire), or ANCV vacation vouchers*.
*Special provisions for payments:
- Checks: Payments by check are not accepted within 30 days before the arrival date or on-site.
- ANCV vacation vouchers: The holder of the ANCV vouchers must be the person making the reservation or one of the stay participants.
Cancellation and early departure
Any departure after noon will result in the billing of an additional night. Unused nights or services due to a late arrival or postponed arrival remain payable and will not be refunded, discounted, or postponed. For any changes to the dates of stay, the same campsite cannot be guaranteed. The campsite cannot be transferred to third parties without prior approval from the owner. Any changes in the number of people must be communicated to management. In case of cancellation, the deposit and booking fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or applied to another booking.
Note: Weather conditions are not considered events that justify a refund.
Cancellation Guarantee
A cancellation guarantee is offered but remains optional. See the General Insurance Conditions (CGA EN.pdf) under the Rates section for details.
General Information
Your campsite will only be allocated on the day of your arrival. We strive to fulfill requests for specific sites or adjacent sites, subject to availability. Arrivals are from 2:00 PM, and departures must be before 12:00 PM. The number of occupants at a campsite must not exceed the maximum authorized capacity of 5 people. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. For camping reservations, if no contact is made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time, management reserves the right to reallocate your campsite.
A deposit of €20 will be required for the entrance gate key, the loan of an electrical adapter, or refrigerator rental.
Refrigerator Rentals
Clients must return refrigerators clean, in perfect working order, and undamaged. Otherwise, Camping Le Solitaire du Lac reserves the right to retain part or all the deposit to cover repair or cleaning costs.
RENTALS
Camping Le Solitaire du Lac offers family-oriented stays (excluding gatherings) and reserves the right to refuse any reservation that contradicts or seeks to circumvent this principle.
Booking
A deposit of 20% of the total stay cost (non-refundable booking fee of €18, optional cancellation insurance, and a mandatory cleaning fee of €35 for a 2-night stay included) must be paid at the time of booking. In accordance with Article L221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to our services.

Rental Conditions
Clients are responsible for thoroughly cleaning the rental at the end of their stay, including the kitchen, appliances, bathroom (sink and shower cabin), toilets, bedrooms, cupboards, windows, floors, and outdoor terrace.
The cleaning fee option does not include washing dishes or disposing of trash. It does not exempt clients from leaving the rental in a respectable condition.

Arrivals are from 3:00 PM, and the rental must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
Cancellation and early departure
In the event of cancellation or early departure, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation Guarantee
The campsite offers you optional Cancellation and Interruption insurance in your rental contract. Our partner NEAT will refund all or part of the stay only to customers that have purchased NEAT insurance. In case of cancellation, please notify the campsite of your cancellation as soon as an event occurs that prevents your departure, by letter or by email. If the claim is covered in the general conditions (available at https://www.neat.eu/camping or from the campsite -please see the general conditions – document CGA EN.pdf ), please notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.
General Information
All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred or sublet. Unregistered individuals will not be allowed to stay without prior approval.
- July and August: Specific arrival/departure days depending on the rental type (renting from Saturday to Saturday, Sunday to Sunday for GL2, Escapade or Bahia, Friday to Friday for SM, and Tiny Roulotte, Wednesday to Wednesday for Bergame.)
- Off-season: Flexible stay durations (minimum 2–4 nights depending on rental type). Contact us for arrival and departure arrangements.
A €150 security deposit is required upon arrival for rentals and will be refunded after inspection on departure day. Departure outside reception hours is not allowed. The rental must be cleaned and returned in its initial condition. A cleaning fee of €75 will be deducted from the deposit if cleanliness standards are not met. Smoking inside rentals is strictly prohibited.
Additional Rules
- Animals: Permitted under specific conditions; must be declared during booking and kept on a leash. Vaccination records are required.
- Visitors: Must register at reception and pay a fee of €6 per person.
Quiet Hours: Silence is required from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Responsibility: The campsite is not liable for theft, loss, or damage beyond legal obligations. Clients are responsible for obtaining insurance for personal belongings and liability coverage.
Complaints: Submit in writing (registered mail) to the campsite manager, Servane Arnaud. Mediation via CM2C is available if necessary (contact: cm2c@cm2c.net).
Data Protection: Client information is confidential and used solely for reservation purposes.
Reception Hours: Vary by season (low: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM / 2:00 PM–6:00 PM; high: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM / 1:00 PM–8:00 PM).
